Referral
Following the notice of loss, your insurance provider contacts ALE to refer the management of your temporary housing needs to ALE Solutions, Inc.
Connect
A customer service representative from ALE Solutions, Inc., will contact you via phone to learn about your family’s specific needs. ALE will search for the most acceptable and cost-effective temporary housing solution close to your damaged residence.
Check-In / Move-In
ALE manages every detail of the stay, including any issue that may arise with your housing. ALE will cover the cost of the nightly or monthly stay, as well as any fees for which the insurance company has approved for you.
Extend
ALE manages the needed extensions should the repair time exceed the initial estimate. The adjuster-approved moves and extensions are coordinated by ALE on your behalf.
Check-Out / Move-Out
ALE coordinates the end of your temporary stay so you can have a smooth return home. An invoice is sent to your insurance adjuster.

ALE Solutions, Inc. is committed to providing the optimal property for your unique situation. We are adept at providing all manner of housing on a short-term basis. These can range from single family homes, townhomes, apartments, mobile homes, furnished corporate suites, and hotel rooms furnished to suit your needs. ALE Solutions, Inc. does not own any of the properties we provide. We are focused on securing the most appropriate property for you, typically finding a home similar and close to your damaged residence.
We accommodate domestic pets in most of our placements. Often the landlord or hotel charges a fee in the form of a non-refundable deposit. Some breeds may be restricted.
Each property is furnished to suit the specific needs of the family and options come in several levels of quality. Specific requests can be accommodated from home offices to special needs furnishings. Additional items, such as TVs, must be approved by your insurance adjuster.
Typically, you are responsible to activate the utilities. When requested by your adjuster, we will coordinate utility connections and transfers.
Your rent abatement is the monetary amount you are responsible for toward your stay. This is equivalent to the monthly rent normally paid to your landlord. Your insurance covers the room and tax and any other approved costs above and beyond this amount. ALE Solutions, Inc. will request to collect rent abatement payments based on the length of time your insurance adjuster approves us to cover your temporary housing needs.
Contact your Insurance Adjuster and advise the reason and timing for extension. Your Adjuster will let ALE know. ALE will take the necessary steps with the hotel/property manager to extend your short or long-term housing arrangement. ALE Solutions, Inc. will contact you when all the applicable changes have been completed.
ALE Solutions, Inc. will cover the room cost, tax, and other insurance approved charges at the hotel. When checking into the hotel, you will want to bring:
- A photo ID
- A credit card for any incidentals
ALE Solutions, Inc. will email you the Hotel Assistance Agreement explaining all the details of coverage at the hotel.You will sign and submit the document using a computer or smartphone.
